FolioSense ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website foliosenseapp.com and the portfolio analysis application available at foliosenseapp.com/analyze. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you upload a CSV or Excel file containing your portfolio holdings, that data is sent to our backend server solely to perform the analysis you requested. We do not store your portfolio data. It is processed in memory and discarded when your session ends.

All data transmitted between your browser and FolioSense is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Our backend servers are hosted on Railway, a SOC 2 compliant platform. While we take reasonable security precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
FolioSense is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
